About Aquabeads
Aquabeads is a brand founded in 2004 by the Japanese company Epoch Co., Ltd. The original idea stemmed from the desire to create a fun and creative activity for children, allowing them to design objects using fuse beads. The first range of Aquabeads products was launched in Japan and quickly gained popularity due to its innovative concept, which encourages imagination and fine motor skills.
Aquabeads are made from a special material that, once arranged on a creation plate and sprayed with water, allows them to stick together without the need for heat. This unique principle has captivated children and their parents, as it offers a safe and enjoyable alternative to traditional crafting activities.
In 2005, Aquabeads began to expand beyond Japan, reaching international markets such as Europe and North America. This led to an expansion of its product range, with the introduction of new creation sets and themes, ranging from animals to cartoon characters. The brand has continued to grow over the years, partnering with popular licenses to create special collections, thereby enhancing its appeal to young consumers.
In 2010, Aquabeads celebrated its fifth anniversary and continued to innovate in terms of design and features. New kits and accessories have been regularly launched, allowing children to explore their creativity in various ways. Today, Aquabeads is recognized as a leader in the children's creative leisure sector, offering an interactive experience that stimulates creativity through play.
